As PC technology is evolving, with latest increase in CPUs core counts and performance from both Intel and AMD, the DDR memory speeds and capacities are also increasing accordingly. All latest PC platforms runs DDR4 memory stock speed of somewhat close to 2144MHz and with overclocking these modules can reach higher memory speeds.
