Delivery or courier charge is applicable for all online orders placed at UMBRELLA.

To confirm an order, customers must make full or partial advance payment through bKash, bank transfer, or online payment.

The entire courier charge for delivering the goods must be paid by the customer.

Estimated delivery time:

Inside Dhaka: Up to 5 working days

Outside Dhaka: Up to 10 working days

After receiving the order confirmation SMS, the customer must complete the payment within 3 days. Delayed payment may result in stock unavailability or price changes.

If the ordered product is out of stock, UMBRELLA will offer a replacement product or a refund with the customer’s consent.

For international payments, customers must provide:

A clear photo of the card used for payment (first & last 4 digits visible)

A clear photo of the cardholder’s National ID / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport
These must be sent to UMBRELLA’s official email or Facebook page for verification.

No EMI facility is available for international card payments.
UMBRELLA – অনলাইন ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলী

UMBRELLA থেকে অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি বা কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার জন্য পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা অনলাইন পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারির সম্ভাব্য সময়:

ঢাকার ভিতরে: সর্বোচ্চ ৫ কার্যদিবস

ঢাকার বাইরে: সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কার্যদিবস

অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের এসএমএস পাওয়ার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। দেরি হলে পণ্য স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে বা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, ক্রেতার সম্মতিতে বিকল্প পণ্য বা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

ইন্টারন্যাশনাল পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে, যে কার্ড দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে তার স্পষ্ট ছবি (কার্ডের প্রথম ও শেষ ৪ ডিজিট দৃশ্যমান) এবং কার্ডহোল্ডারের ভোটার আইডি / জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র / ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স / পাসপোর্টের স্পষ্ট ছবি আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ইমেইল বা ফেসবুক পেজে পাঠাতে হবে।
