MSI GEFORCE RTX 3080 VENTUS 3X OC 10GB
The MSI GeForce RTX 3080 VENTUS 3X PLUS 10GB OC LHR GDDR6X Graphics Card delivers the ultra-performance that gamers crave, powered by Ampere—NVIDIA's 2nd gen RTX architecture. It's built with enhanced RT Cores and Tensor Cores, new streaming multiprocessors, and superfast G6X memory for an amazing gaming experience. A composite Graphene backplate reinforces the graphics card while providing passive thermal conduction properties. Precision-crafted heat pipes ensure max contact to the GPU and spread heat along the full length of the heatsink.
The MSI GeForce RTX 3080 award-winning MSI TORX Fan 3.0 design creates high static pressure and pushes the limits of thermal performance. Calm before the storm, keeping fans still and maintaining silence until cooling is needed. An abundance of thermal pads uses any chance for additional heat transfer directly from the components.MSI GeForce RTX 3080 exclusive Dragon Center software lets you, monitor, tweak, and optimize MSI products in real-time.
The MSI GeForce RTX 3080 VENTUS brings a performance-focused design that maintains the essentials to accomplish any task at hand. A capable triple fan arrangement laid into a rigid industrial design lets this sharp-looking graphics card fit into any build. A lightweight composite Graphene backplate reinforces the length of the graphics card while providing passive thermal conduction properties. MSI's exclusive Dragon Center software helps you get the most out of your MSI products. Monitor, tweak, and optimize in real-time with just a few clicks.
MSI GEFORCE RTX 3080 VENTUS 3X OC 10GB GRAPHICS CARD Review
The MSI GeForce RTX 3080 is a beast as all 3080s are, but honestly super disappointed with it because it costs more than an Asus TUF and it is capped at 320 wats, and the performance is not as impressive as I had hopes at 4k.
It's still great but don't buy it over other cards unless you have to, its loud as hell and hot as hell too.
UPDATE: So while I was initially disappointed with the cards performance and thermals I have since found undervolting to be very effective, I have kept the clock speeds above what the stock card will normally boost to but dropped voltage by enough that my temps are a lot lower, performance has actually improved.
So my point would be as stock this card leaves a lot to be desired compared to other MSI GeForce RTX 3080s, but when tweaking and if you don't mind undervolting or overclocking, it can really perform well.
I like my MSI GeForce RTX 3080 a lot. It runs at around 76 degrees under full load and remains quiet as well. This is a really good gpu for things like editing videos (With my old 5700 xt the video preview would lag a lot but now it is perfectly fine.)
Runs all my games at max settings with 200+ fps.
The MSI GeForce RTX 3080 weaknesses of the product as of now is that it is sold out everywhere and practically impossible to get hold of. I got lucky to be able to purchase one for retail price.
