The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X will be an absolute beast for multi-core workloads because according to wccftech, being a flagship desktop processor, the AMD Ryzen 7950X has 16 cores and 32 threads, while also featuring an impressive base frequency of 4.5 GHz and a boost clock of up to 5.7 GHz. Which makes it 200 MHz faster than Intel’s Core i9-12900KS with a boost frequency of 5.5 GHz on a single-core. Different leaks so far have pointed to the Ryzen 9 7950X to be a fantastic gaming processor. It brings a superior single-core performance that surpasses what last-gen CPUs brought to the table. Thus, many games are going to see a big leap in performance. Aside from gaming, the CPU is as well capable of creators’ and professionals' use.
It is the most expensive among the “Raphael” desktop CPUs that will be launching on September 15, 2022. However, which so ever it is, we’ll quickly update this post if there’s a need.
