Antec NX420 Mid Tower ARGB Review
The
case is pretty well constructed and very easy to build in. It has ample cable management room and feels solid overall. I like the overall size as it not massive while fitting an ATX
motherboard without any major problem. If you are going to install a graphics card, then please measure first before buying as it won't have as much room as a large
case.
The RGB lights on the fans can be turned off by holding the LED button if those bother you. Otherwise, you can press it to rotate between different color presets. The fans are all powered by a single SATA power connector instead of the
motherboard fan headers which may confuse some builders during assembly.
The default
case fans are a little nosier than what I use on my personal builds; however, they are not too loud or give off any annoying hums or rattles. I believe most people would be very pleased with the noise levels. You may wish to add a rear
case fan to further improve airflow performance. The fans included were all installed in the front of the
case.
It's hard to beat this value for the price if you are doing a lower budget build.
